Can Send, but not Receive email after moving domain to Shopify.
So my website is linked to a Shopify store. I have a Godaddy hosted support email. I setup this email in Outlook and discovered that while I can send an e-mail, any emails sent to this godaddy support email get bounced back. This is the message I get...
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test 3 Sent: 8/2/2019 6:32 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'xxxxxx' on 8/2/2019 6:32 AM None of your email accounts could send to this recipient.
What is your domain - more than likely your MX record needs to be updated
