What is iDEAL?

We offer iDEAL as a delayed payment option to certain customers making purchases in Euros. If you qualify, here's how to make purchases using iDEAL.

Required: iDEAL is only available to customers who use banks associated with iDEAL, which are located in the Netherlands and its territories. In your Account Settings you must select the Netherlands or one of its territories as your Country/Region, and Euro as your default Currency.

Pay with iDEAL

Note: If you've already got a default payment method set up, here's how to find iDEAL: In the Checkout page, below Payment, select Edit and then select Add Payment. Scroll to the bottom and follow these steps.
  1. Select iDEAL as your payment method.

  2. Agree to any legal agreements, and then select Place Order Now.
  3. Complete the iDEAL checkout process.

What are the requirements to use iDEAL?

To use iDEAL, in your Account Settings you must select the Netherlands or one of its territories as your Country/Region, and Euro as your default currency.

Why don't I see the receipt for the purchase I made with iDEAL?.

Because iDEAL is considered a delayed payment method, purchases made with iDEAL are shown as pending orders in your Order History.

Can you refund purchases made with iDEAL?

Yes, but we cannot refund them back to your iDEAL or bank account. All iDEAL refunds will be issued as In-Store Credit.
