If you have an existing business number, you can transfer it to GoDaddy. Get in touch with a GoDaddy Guide at (480) 505-8877 to begin the porting process. You can keep using your SmartLine number until your number has been ported.
Before you contact a Guide
Before porting your number to GoDaddy, you should contact your current provider and verify the following:
- Can your number be ported?
- Is the phone number under a contract or part of a bundled service?
- Will your current provider charge you a fee for porting?
Note: You will be responsible for any termination fees from your current provider.
