Verify which store is billing me

You can log into your GoDaddy account to see whether you are being billed by GoDaddy, iTunes, or Google Play.

From your web browser

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Click SmartLine Phone Services to expand the section.
  3. If you see Apple or Android in the product description, you can further manage your subscription through the associated app store for your phone.

From your smartphone

Please review the sections below to learn how to access your subscriptions from your phone.

iPhones

  1. Open you iPhone Settings.
  2. Select iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID, then select View Apple ID.
  4. Tap on Subscriptions.

Android phones

  1. Launch Play Store
  2. Tap the menu button in the top left corner.
  3. Select Account, then Subscriptions.
