Have you purchased any Hosting from GoDaddy?, or you're yet to do that...

i didnt contact with the support team yet , i really dont know how 

but i cant access the parked page at all

If I understand you have a GoDaddy Hosting plan, go into GoDaddy domain management and change Name Servers to GoDaddy or point A record to your Hosting account...
