Deleting Demo Data Categories Directly in Database - Managed WordPress

I've deleted all demo data, posts, images, and categories but these categories still keep showing up when I try to add a new post.

How do I delete these directly from database?

Step-by-Step if possible please. I can access the database from FTP or directly in the browser.

    Thanks

    Aslam u Alaikum ,

What steps you followed to delete the categories and posts? Which WP theme you are using?

    Please follow these steps,

    1. Go to Posts> Categories and  delete all categories.

    2. Go to Posts > All Posts and select all posts to delete.

Other option is CPanel. Goto mysql database and delete your posts and data from there.

Thanks but already figured it out. I'm on Godaddy's Managed WordPress not cPanel.

It's a problem with the Theme (ahmadis.com). Even after deleting all categories, some still showed up even though they weren't displayed on create category section.

I just search for each to display them and deleted the remaining ones.

    Appreciate your response.

    Thanks
