Hey everyone,
I tried logging into my website last night and I came across this error (see below). Looks like a plugin problem. I believe I updated a plugin or two the day before, but everything seemed to update just fine without any problems. Everything else was up-to-date. Also, I'm using managed WordPress hosting.
WordPress version: 5.5.1
PHP version: 7.3
Error
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare flgqd() (previously declared in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/sakntbio.php:2) in /var/www/wp-content/mu-plugins/sakntbio.php on line 2
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress."
I’m not able to access my site at the moment and a Godaddy representative told me to use Filezilla to fix the problem. I’ve downloaded Filezilla and i’m connected to my site, however, I'm not exactly sure how to fix the problem. I've found the mu-plugins folder with a file sakntbio.php. Do I just delete the folder and that's it?
Has anyone run into this problem before?
Also, how does one save changes in Filezilla? I don't see that option under file. The only options I have are: Site manager, Copy current connection, New tab, Close tab, Export, Import, Show files being edited and Exit.

If you are on Managed WordPress you don't need to use FileZilla / SFTP - In the GoDaddy Managed WordPress dashboard under Tools there is a file browser
That said - yes you should just delete that file - I'm not sure what would have added it as I can't even find a reference to it - it maybe a theme it maybe something else

@PL281 That is good to know. That's a lot easier than Filezilla. Thank you so much! I deleted that file and I was able to login now. Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
