I wasn't able to duplicate that error when accessing my Hosting Control Panel and didn't see any issues with the SSL in the manager.
If you were still having trouble with this, feel free to contact Support so they can review your specific account in greater detail.

@hotrod1940 I just checked the Cert for https://p3nlsccweb.godaddy.com that was listed in your screenshot. It looks like the SSL Cert had Expired. The site is using the new cert that was issued on 9/16/2016 and expires on 9/16/2018 You should be able to access your account without the error now.
