What can I do in the GoDaddy Payments for Pros dashboard?
Once you're signed-up as for GoDaddy Payments for Pros, you'll have access to a dashboard to help you manage the merchants you've onboarded and view their sales.
Note: GoDaddy Payments for Pros is currently only available to small number of Hub users while the feature is finalized. However, it will eventually be available to all Hub users.
First, log in to your GoDaddy Payments for Pros dashboard. From the overview tab, you'll see the following:
The top-left panel displays the net sales of the merchants you've onboarded. You can use the drop-down menu next to the date range to select which merchant's sales you want to view.
In addition to changing which merchant's sales you're viewing, you can adjust the date range using the options to the left and right of the merchant drop-down menu.
Below the Sales panel is a list of the merchants you've invited and onboarded, as well as some information about those merchants.
- Created: The date you onboarded the merchant.
- Merchant: The merchant's name.
- Status: Displays where the merchant is in the onboarding process.
- Action: Lists a recommended action based on the merchant's position in the onboarding process.
You can also invite a new merchant by selecting Onboard New Merchant in the top-right corner of this panel.
Below the Sales panel is a list of the terminals your onboarded merchants have requested, including each unit's serial number. You can also see each terminal's status, such as if it was shipped, delivered and if it's active.
In the top-right corner of the dashboard is the Payouts panel. You can view the payout from the previous month, as well as the pending payout from the current month.
Payouts are processed 3 weeks after the end of the previous month.
On the right-hand side of the dashboard is the cobranding panel. Use Edit to adjust the branding seen by merchants you've invited during their onboarding process.
