GoDaddy - New Website Design Giveaway Official Rules

For events listed below occurring between July 31 – November 8, 2024.

Promotion Period

Entries will be collected during open hours of the following events:

  • Build Expo Atlanta on July 31 – August 1, 2024
  • Build Expo Los Angeles on August 25-29, 2024
  • Los Angeles Small Business Expo 2024 on September 5, 2024
  • Build Expo South Florida on September 25-26, 2024
  • Service World Expo on October 14-18, 2024
  • SEMA 2024 on November 5-8, 2024

Eligibility

Participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to the below criteria.

  1. United States: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (and excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, officers and directors of GoDaddy and their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter.
  3. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of (i) these Official Rules; (ii) GoDaddy’s Global Privacy Notice; and (3) Winner Determination, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.

Winner Determination

Sweepstakes: Prize winners will be randomly drawn by GoDaddy on or about 1:00 PM local time on the last day of each respective event listed under Promotion Period. Winners will be drawn at the GoDaddy booth. All winners must be present at the drawing to win. There will be one (1) winner per event. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY GODADDY, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

  1. One (1) prize will be awarded per event. The prize will be issued in the form GoDaddy’s Do-It-For-You new or redesigned website design services plus 12 months of hosting services, with no cash value. All services are subject to GoDaddy’s Universal and product specific terms of service located at https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements.
  2. Limit one (1) prize per person. No prize substitutions, no cash equivalent, and no transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the GoDaddy. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period.
  3. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including without limitation any applicable income taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to the use of prizes. Prize drawing will occur on or about August 1, 2024, August 29, 2024, September 5, September 26, 2024, October 18, 2024, and November 8, 2024.
