SAN Name not on Certificate, Need to re-issue

I just got a wildcard certificate for our domain.  The CSR had 3 SAN names listed.  However, when the certificate was issued, only the first 2 SAN names are in the certificate.  How can I reissue the certificate with all 3 SAN names?

I found the "Mange certificate" page, but it only gives me the option to a) rekey the certificate, b) change the domain name, or c) change the issuer.  The closest thing to what I want is "b", but it doesn't let me enter SAN names.  It only changes the CN name.

What do I do?  Why didn't it put all 3 SAN names in my certificate?

Thank you.

Hi idcipher106,

I would check the CSR and throw it into our tool listed below and select CSR Decoder to check the CSR.

Regarding how to update the SANS name on the SSL cert there should be an option on the Manage Certificate page to add a SANS name.

Here's the help article to assist you with that

Hope this helps 👍
