Set up my online store with Airo for WordPress

Step 5 of the Getting started with Airo for WordPress series.

If you plan to sell products or services online, Airo can turn your site into a store. Tell Airo you'd like to add a store and describe what you sell — for example, "I sell handmade candles" or "I offer piano lessons." Airo adds store pages to your site and helps you list your first products, including prices and photos.

1. Sign in to your Hosting Dashboard. You might be prompted to sign in (use your GoDaddy username and password).
2. Under Managed Hosting for WordPress, select your hosting plan, and then select Edit Website to access the WordPress admin page.
3. In the upper-right corner, select Airo for WordPress to open your chat with Airo.
4. Tell Airo that you want to sell online.
5. Describe what you sell and provide the product names, prices, descriptions, and images you want to use. (Optional) You can also upload a .csv or .pdf that contains your product information.
6. Airo enables the WooCommerce features your store needs and creates the initial shop experience, including the shop link, cart, and account controls in the site header.
7. Review the starter products that Airo creates. Ask it to add products, update prices and descriptions, replace images, or save products as drafts for review.
8. Check the shop page, navigation, product information, and images before you continue with the rest of your WooCommerce store setup.
9. Publish the site changes when you're ready for the store design and products to be visible on your live site.
