Set up my product catalog in Airo AI Builder
Add the products you sell to your Airo AI Builder store so customers can browse and buy them. A product name and price are required, but adding more detail helps customers feel confident about what they're buying and makes your store easier to browse, manage and scale as it grows. Here’s what you can add:
- Description and photos so customers know what they're buying
- Category to group similar products
- SKU, unique to each product
- Package weight, required if you charge weight-based shipping
- Tax category so the right tax is applied
- Variants, such as sizes or colors
There are 3 ways to build your catalog: describe your products in chat, upload a file with your product details or add them in Commerce Home.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the chat panel, describe the products you want to sell. Include a name and price for each one, plus a description, photos and options like sizes or colors, if you have them.
- If you don't have a store yet, Airo asks what you want to name it. Enter a name or use the suggested name, which matches your project name.
- Review the products Airo AI Builder creates and reply in the chat with any changes you want.
Your products are saved to your store catalog and appear on your store pages.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the chat panel, attach your product file. This can be a spreadsheet of product details or a photo such as a menu or a printed product list.
- Ask Airo AI Builder to create products from the file.
- Review the products Airo created and reply in chat with any changes you want.
Your products are saved to your store catalog and appear on your store pages.
- Sign in to the Dashboard where you manage your GoDaddy Payments account (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Go to your catalog and add your products.
- Turn on each product for the Airo App Builder channel.
Products enabled for the Airo AI Builder channel sync to your Airo AI Builder store automatically. If a product isn't showing in your store, check that it's turned on for that channel.
