restore my .htaccess file

It appears my simple 1-page website was hacked because there were a number of PHP scripts in my root directory that I never created.  There were also some lines in my .htaccess file that I didn't recognize and I deleted them. Unfortunatley I didn't create a backup of my .htaccess file and now my website won't load.  Can you tell me where I can find the default GoDaddy Linux hosting .htaccess file? The only modules I had running on my GoDaddy Linux server were PHP.  Thank you!

There is no default .htaccess file.  The servers are already configured to the default Go Daddy settings, you would only need an .htaccess file to change from the default.

Also, make sure all traces of malicious code is removed and the passwords are changed before going live.
