Lost Connectivity With Office365

Since migrating my GoDaddy to Microsoft Exchange Server I have to keep closing out of Outlook because too many times when I hit a command I get a pop-up window saying I've lost connectivity with GoDaddy365 server and have to wait.


It NEVER regains connectivity; therefore, I have to close Outlook out, lose my work and re-open Outlook and start all over again.


Why is this happening and is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've not heard of this issue before. It may help to know what you had prior to switching to O365. If you can provide that, others may be able to suggest a fix. Also, it would probably be good to include some information about your system/network. You may also consider getting in touch with our support team if you haven't done so already.

I have been on Microsoft Exchange Server for several years and have not been experiencing the loss of connectivity.


As of today, I am still losing connection with 365!
