Unable to Reconfigure my MX records to use Workspace email

Hi there,

I set-up an email forward with a domain I own (tomstaxitour.co.uk).

However I get this message when I set-up an email forward in Godaddy's control panel

"Based on your current MX record settings, we determined that your email is currently set up to work with a different provider. You cannot manage third party email accounts from the Workspace Control Center."

I select this option to proceed.

"Reconfigure my MX records to use Workspace email."

The next dialog box provides me with this warning and if I wish to continue.

"You decided to reconfigure your MX records to use Workspace email. If your email was previously set up to work elsewhere, it will no longer work with that address. These changes may take up to 48 hours to complete.

Are you sure you want to continue?"

My problem is, when I hit the CONTINUE button, nothing happens! Dialog box doesn't disappear or acknowledge the click.

I've tried it in 3 different browsers; Safari, FF and Chrome. Running on Mac OS.  is anyone able to fix this issue or know of a workaround?

Many thanks,

Tom

I just looked up your domain tomstaxitour.co.uk and there doesn't appear to be any MX record configured. It looks your DNS is in Wix

Here are MX / CNAME records

MX        @        mailstore1.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)        1 Hour

MX        @        smtp.secureserver.net (Priority: 0)                1 Hour

You should also create the following CNames:

POP

pop.secureserver.net

IMAP

imap.secureserver.net

SMTP

smtpout.secureserver.net
