Multiple SSL Certificates for one domain

Can I create a new SSL certificate without invalidating the original SSL certificate.  The original certificate is used by our Email, FTP & Proxy servers.  The corporate website will be hosted by external vendor going forward. Can I create a new SSL certificate on the same domain to provide to vendor?   I do not want to share the private key of the original certificate with the vendor.

You can create an additional ssl for the same domain. The only ketch is that if you install them on the same server the most current one with overwrite the existing but since it sounds like they are different servers, this would work fine. Hope that helps!
