Workspace Email Help

How do I retrieve my email messages if I manage my DNS elsewhere?

Check your Workspace Email from your browser by going to email.godaddy.com, and sign in using your email address and password.

If your domain is registered with GoDaddy, or you have a properly configured CNAME, you can also go to email. your domain name (like email.coolexample.com if coolexample.com is your domain).

If your domain name is...

  • Registered with us and using our nameservers: Edit your CNAME record.
  • Registered elsewhere but using DNS-Hosting and our nameservers: Access and edit your DNS hosting.
  • Registered anywhere but not using our nameservers: Contact your provider that has control of your zone file to edit your CNAME.

You can also configure your domain's DNS to point to Workspace Webmail using a CNAME. The following CNAME points email. your domain to webmail:

EmailIf you don't have a European or an Asia-Pacific email account, use email.secureserver.net.
