App Center billing questions

All Poynt Smart Terminal App Center subscriptions are managed through the Payments Hub on your web browser or through the App Center on your Smart Terminal. You can review your current app subscriptions and billing history, and unsubscribe from apps that you no longer need.

Subscription charges are either deducted from your GoDaddy Payments payout balance or charged to a credit card that you’ve added to your App Center account. Many apps come with a free trial, so you can test the app first. If you decide that an app isn’t what you’re looking for, unsubscribe before the free trial is over and you won’t be charged.

Note: App Center subscriptions and charges do not appear in your GoDaddy Renewals & Billing page.

You'll find basic billing information in the App Center on your Smart Terminal, and more detailed information in the App Center on your web browser.

Here’s how to see your subscription billing history:

  1. Sign in to your Selling In Person Overview page (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Select App Center, and then select Invoices. Invoices for all previous subscription charges will appear.
  3. Select Details next to an invoice for additional information about the charge.

  1. From the Smart Terminal home screen, tap on Apps.
  2. Tap the Account tab.
  3. Check the invoices under Billing history for all previous subscription charges (description, amount, payment method).
