Connect to Avalara AvaTax

Connect to a new or existing AvaTax account. If you have more than one company in AvaTax, choose the right company to record your Websites + Marketing online store transactions.

Required: You'll need a Websites + Marketing Commerce plan (compare plans and pricing).
  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce, and then select Settings.
  4. Select Tax.
  5. Next to Advanced sales tax solution, with Avalara, select Connect.
  6. If you already have an Avalara account, select Login. If you're creating a new account, complete the information in the form and select Create Account.
  7. Sign in to your Avalara account using your Avalara username and password.
  8. Select which company you want to connect, so Avalara can record your transactions, and then select Save.
Note: From the Taxes area in your Websites + Marketing site, select Settings at any time to return to Avalara. To open your full Avalara account in the same window, select Additional settings.
