Fax Thru Email end-of-life plan

Due to outdated technology, we have decided to retire Fax Thru Email. This is an effort to improve current products and services and make way for new ones. We want to continue providing the products and support that you deserve.

We’re in the process of informing users about the decision and are taking active steps to ensure the retirement of this product is seamless. We have a dedicated team ready to support these customers and will be providing in-store credit for customers as needed.

How can I save my fax history or other information?

Are there other eFax services I can use?

We’re unable to make a recommendation on which provider or service may be best for you and your business needs. However, here is a comparative resource of other eFax providers and services as a research tool to help you make an informed decision on a new provider of your eFax services. GoDaddy does not assume any liability based on that decision or any services or agreements made between you and any 3rd party service provider.

Will my Fax Thru Email assigned number be recycled?
