How can I activate my cart recovery campaign?

Before you can use the cart recovery campaign, you'll need to make sure you have verified a custom email address for your shop.

You can activate the campaign by:

  1. Sign in to WordPress
  2. Hover over Marketing and then click on Emails.
  3. Click the Cart Recovery option under the Campaigns section.
  4. Based on your tier, you'll have either 1, 2, or 3 messages, all with varying delay time that the notification will be sent after the cart abandonment.
  5. Click on the Activate campaign toggle on the upper right corner. Your campaign will immediately activate, so make sure you have edited your email content.
  6. An Active badge will appear on the top of the page, next to the Cart Recovery title when your campaign is active.
