Websites + Marketing Help

Import my marketplace listings into my online store

Note:
  • Marketplace connection is available on Websites + Marketing Commerce plans and Managed Hosting for WooCommerce Essentials or higher.
  • Customers in the United States have access to all marketplaces. Customers in Canada have access to Amazon and eBay, and customers in Australia and Great Britain have access to eBay.
  • Marketplace connection supports physical product sales only. Digital products are not currently supported.

If you've already got products listed on your connected marketplace (Amazon, Google, eBay, Walmart or Etsy), you can import those products directly into your GoDaddy online store.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce, and then select Products.
  4. If it's your first time importing marketplace listings, select the Import Products card. Otherwise, under Import/Export, select Import.
  5. Select which connected marketplace has the products you want to import.
Note: If you haven't linked your online store to your selected marketplace yet, follow the steps to sign in and connect.
  6. From your connected marketplace, select Import Listings.
Note: You only import listings from each marketplace once. After that, changes to listings within your online store will sync with your connected marketplaces.
  7. Choose to either create new products from your connected marketplace's listings or link those listings to existing products in your online store.
  8. Select Import Listings. You'll receive a notification when the import is complete.
  9. To view your imported listings, select Commerce, and then, under the Products column, select Products.

Going forward, any changes you make to your products from your online store's dashboard will update matching listings in your connected marketplace.
