We have a Office 365 email account associated to our website and all the email we receive, from email services like gmail or even from our website, go in the spam/junk mailbox.
At this point we don't even know for sure if we get all the emails at all.
have you got spam assassin or such intregated with your email client? First check the settings in this. If for example let's say that one filter rule is 'any emails sent from someone not in address book......'
it is possible that your rules are too severe. It's a balance between letting nothing through, or everything. Somewhere In between is the median. But there will always be some spam.

Thank you rammsteinium,
I don't think we have Spam Assassin on our account, it's a starter email account type, and I cannot find anything related to a spam management system on the email dashboard.
