Hi @sdisupport,
Welcome to the Community!
If the email from your website is being filtered out, you can put the sender address on a Safe Senders List of the Office 365 email, so that it will come directly to the inbox in the email plan you're using for the contact form. You can use the help guides here from Microsoft. If you need further help with it, you can contact any of the support numbers in the link below.
You are wasting your time here, you will not get a straight answer from godaddy. This will not fix most peoples issues. If you are sending email to customers/clients you cant have them all mark your email as safe. That is ridiculous. Truth is Godaddy does not know how to combat spam issues with websites so they just block everything but their own relay server. Most Godaddy admins don't even know this. They just start spouting out bs about checking this and that random thing. Your best bet is to find an honest quality web host. If you cannot do that, use a service like postmarkapp.com.
Not a solution if your website needs to email transactional email to customers. This should be stated in case others find this "solution."
