I am trying to upgrade an email 365 for one of our members from online essentials to business. Everytime I select it we get a message saying comeback later. I have been coming back later for a week now and fear this may continue. How can I get round this?

Thanks for posting. Have you tried upgrading from a different browser or network? If the issue continues I recommend contacting live support, they should be able to upgrade the account for you.
