Managing cryptography settings for my website

Hi, please can someone help? I have spent ages preparing my Wordpress Website, and have obtained a free SSL for my website via Cloudflare, following a tutorial step by step. Every aspect of the tutorial was bang on, but after having everything updated and certified, I don't have a secure site, but the message says "Your connection to this site is not fully secure" (In Red). I have clicked the little lock icon on the 'Cryptography Settings page' and turned on "Always Use HTTPS". I should be able to see a great website with the appropriate security, but it is not secure after a whole day of constant refreshing. Even the website itself is not appearing as fully intended - but is just words down the page similar to basic code. Visit here to see what I mean and please tell me what I need to do to fix it before I tear out my own hair. Thanks. https://ceredigionpioneer.co.uk/

I am seeing an active SSL certificate on the domain.

Possibly the issue you're having could be coming from outdated data in cache.

Sorted it. The issue was with Cloudflare, seemed to be playing up with compatibility for some reason. Parted ways with them and used Really Simple SSL plugin and now it is working. Taught me not to watch outdated tutorials.
