View the Downloads Report
Review the Download Report to see the activity of downloadable products across your store.
Note: Unlike other WooCommerce Analytics reports, the Downloads Report is strictly based on UTC time instead of local timezones.
Accessing the Downloads Report
To view the Downloads Report:
- Sign into WordPress

From the left-hand menu, select Analytics and click on Downloads.
Report view options
- All Downloads - Displays a unified view of all downloads in the chart with each listed in the table below the chart.
- Advanced filters - Narrow down your display by filtering one or more of the following columns with specific values and parameters:
- Product
- Username
- Order number
- IP Address
Note: Multiple downloads from the same IP address are represented in the report count.
