How do I enable Auto Attendant?

By default, Auto Attendant is enabled for all Conversations business phone customers. Callers are greeted with the message, “Thank you for calling, press 1 to continue.” When they press 1, they’re connected to you or a team member who has permission to respond to your Conversations messages. (Add team members to your Conversations account.)

Any team member with permission to manage channel settings can update the Auto Attendant greeting or turn it off. If it’s turned off, calls will connect directly to you or your team, without the greeting.

You can disable Auto Attendant through the Business Calling & Texting settings in your GoDaddy Conversations mobile app. Callers will no longer hear the greeting and will be connected directly to you. Follow the steps to turn Auto Attendant off.
