Checking the status depends on what type of incident it was! If it was a security/malware removal, you would check it under that product. If it is Premium Support for Wordpress, you would check it under that product. If it is a general ticket created for your specific account, you may have to reach out to our support team at x.co/247support, and reaching out about the issue to get updates.
Generally speaking, you will be emailed when issues are resolved or cannot be, however there is no harm in checking! Hope this helps.
