Starter Email

This plan only comes bundled with other GoDaddy products, such as Website Builder. Starter Email is the same as Email Essentials. When Starter Email is renewed, it auto-upgrades to Email Essentials.

Email Essentials

This plan was created just for GoDaddy — it's not available anywhere else. It enables professional email built on your domain name, calendar and contacts to sync across mobile devices and email clients. It comes with 5GB of email storage.

Online Essentials

If you need more storage and more power, this plan offers 50 GB of email storage, 1 TB of OneDrive, plus file sharing and online versions of Office programs Word, Excel and more. Customers also get instant messaging and online audio/video meetings with Skype for Business for PC users and Microsoft Lync for Mac.

Business Premium

All the features of Online Essentials — plus desktop downloads of the familiar Office programs that you know and love installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs and 5 tablets/smartphones per user. Office Mobile with apps for Android, iPhone, and Windows phone devices. Not only can you work offline, but you can easily sync your files once they're back online.

Business

This plan is intended for users that want the current version of the Office suite installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs and 5 tablets/smartphones per user. The Business plan includes 1 TB of OneDrive storage, enabling users to save Office files to the cloud for anytime-anywhere access and sharing. This plan does not include professional email built on your domain name or instant messaging/HD video conferencing.
