Create a randomized search with Email Archiving
A randomized search allows you to pull a random collection of email data based on your desired percentage. Many companies might use this for regulatory compliance needs or routine quality control checks.
Required: You need to save the search before you can randomize its results.
- Sign in to Email Archiving.
- On the leftmost side, select Searches.
- Next to the search you want to randomize, select Details.
- Enter the percentage of the randomized results you want under Set a percentage.
- Select Save.
Your search will be added to your saved searches list, labeled Randomized.
