Create a randomized search with Email Archiving

A randomized search allows you to pull a random collection of email data based on your desired percentage. Many companies might use this for regulatory compliance needs or routine quality control checks.

Required: You need to save the search before you can randomize its results.
  1. Sign in to Email Archiving.
  2. On the leftmost side, select Searches.
  3. Next to the search you want to randomize, select Details.
  4. Enter the percentage of the randomized results you want under Set a percentage.

  5. Select Save.

Your search will be added to your saved searches list, labeled Randomized.
