Process an order from the Order Summary page

Every order that comes through your online store will appear on your Orders page. If you select an individual order, you'll see a detailed summary showing its status in your fulfillment pipeline.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your website.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce, and then select Orders.
  4. Select any individual order from your list of orders to view the Order Summary. This includes:
    • A breakdown of any payment and balance due
    • Shipping destination information
    • Tracking number, if applicable
    • Recent orders from the same customer
    • A timestamped event history related to this order
  5. The order status header at the top of the page shows a date-stamped fulfillment status as well as some quick action items to help you fulfill this order.

Buy Shipping Label

Use your ShipEngine account to purchase a shipping label right from your dashboard. This process marks the order as fulfilled and automatically sends an email to your customer notifying them to expect their package.

Note: The shipping label purchase process will generate the tracking number and add it to the order details. The auto-generated email that's sent to your customer will also include the tracking info.

Fulfill Order

On the order details page, you can manually mark orders as fulfilled by selecting Fulfill Order on the order status header. Enter the shipping carrier, tracking information and a personalized message to the customer, if desired, and then select Submit.

Note: This action triggers an automated email to your customer, including the info you've provided. Use this feature if your fulfillment process doesn't automatically mark the order fulfilled.

On the order status header, select three-dot order actions dropdown menu order actions to access the following options:

  • Resend Order Confirmation: Select OK to resend the order confirmation email to your customer's provided email address.
  • Print Order: Choose if you want to print the order as a packing slip, which hides price details. You can also include a personalized message to your customer.
  • Cancel Order: Cancel and refund an order.
