What's new in GoDaddy Payments reports?

Your success matters to us, so we've made some big improvements across our suite of reports to help you easily review different aspects of your business. By having detailed insights into the metrics that reflect how your business is running, you can take timely action to manage and organize your efforts and business activities. Check out the brief summary of our improvements below:

Transactions Report (displays card and cash transactions)

  • Enhanced summary view with a breakdown of net payments, along with summaries for transaction status and payment method.
  • Transaction amount includes a breakdown of all the entities such as subtotal, tips, surcharge, cashback and total amount.
  • Improved reconciliation with totals for every detailed table.
  • The transaction amount is now referenced to the payment initiation date and time instead of the payment captured date and time.

Taxes Report (displays taxes paid on transactions)

  • Enhanced summary view with breakdown of total tax, return tax and net tax amount.
  • Daily summary of sale amount, plus tax accrued or return on that day.

  • Simplified detail line-item level breakdown per tax type.

Itemized Orders Report (displays all processed orders)

  • Enhanced summary view with breakdown of gross sales, net sales and total sales.
  • The breakdown further displays deductions, returns and adjustments.
  • This summary includes open/completed and returned orders.
  • Detailed orders list for open/completed, returned and cancelled orders.
  • Totals for every detailed table for easier reconciliation.

Sales Summary Report (displays all sales across different sales channels and time periods)

  • Improved design to make it easier to see key business insights at a glance.
  • Additional option to filter out your sales by channel.
