Hey guys!
I'm new to the GoDaddy webiste builder and I'm really enjoying it so far, because I don't have any coding experience and it's my first webpage. I set up my page/blog really fast and there hasn't been any bugs or loading issues so far.
If there wouldn't be this one, important thing I'm missing. Besides GoCentral being quite easy, there is no easy way to add a simple language selection, that takes you to a copied page, where everything is translated (manually - I'm not searching for automatic translation!)
I'd love to have the option in edit mode like at WordPress:
I've read all posts about this topic already, they spread from 2016-2018 and so far GoDaddy did not add this feature to GoCentral. It would be a reason to cancel my trial month and find another website builder, if it's not coming soon.
Thank you for your help

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. I totally understand your frustration. You are right - we do not have the multi-language capability today in GoCentral. We don't have specific timeline for this yet but will definitely evaluate the options, along with your feedback. Thank you!
Best Regards,
Yun
Unfortunately, that's just not a feature currently included with GoCentral. They update things constantly, though, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it in the future.

Hi @YunK , meanwhile what option do you suggest.. I am in the same situation too and desperately looking for a mean to get a second language option for my website.
Thanks to advise
Hi,
I have the same issue.
I want the page to have a language option in the header and also load the appropriate language version based on the visitor's location. From what I understand, there is not such an option. This is a pity, because this is very useful and such a basic option...
What would be the alternative for this issue? What can I do to have a quite close solution?\
Thank you,
Alex

The location recognition feature, or a translation feature is not available in the Website Builder. If you wish to provide your visitors language options, you can create pages in multiple languages (ie: English and Spanish). Then you can manage the navigation within each of those pages in order to show only English links on the pages for that language and (for example) Spanish links only on the resulting Spanish home page. This would require you to make two pages for every page of information - like having two parallel websites.
If you wish for this action to be automatic, you'll want to consider building your website with WordPress ad using the appropriate plugins for language or translation.
