    Updates Flat Rate Shipping No Correct

    My flat rate for shipping has been updated for all of my items, yet the old price for shipping still comes up in the checkout. Please let me know how to fix this as I have tried everything. I don't even have an option for the old shipping price in the manage store section yet it still overrides the new price.

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache or checking in an Incognito/Private Window? It may simply be a caching issue.

     

    If that's not the case, then there is most likely an issue with updating your info on the server-side of things. You may want to contact GoDaddy support to see if they can help you diagnose the issue and correct it.
