How do I upload pdf to Version 7 website builder

I need to upload several pdf files to Version 7 website builder. In the various help discussion, there is a reference to a file manager, but I can see no such option in ver. 7. Help, please. There doesn't seem to be any way to upload files at all.

If you are using Website Builder v7, you can add a file download using the steps in this article:

Actually, I saw there was a YouTube solution suggested earlier but didn't go to it. I'm still a text type of person. What was confusing me is that when you went to attached the button to something all that showed up were the pages. I didn't see the "X" ... guess I'll have to get with the YouTube program. It is very concise and clear. Thank you, Mary
