    Strange " " characters in email notifications

    Suddenly in the last 24hrs when someone places an order in my online store, the customers suburb and state has " " after it in the email notification that I receive when an order is placed. Does anyone else have this happening?

    Welcome to the Community!

    The piece of code you're receiving ( ) indicates a "non-breaking space" in the output provided. It generally maintains the space between words without breaking for a word wrap. Was the request to include the "suburb" a recent addition? (If they're required in the same field, the program may be inserting this to keep the words in one line. I'm not a programmer and have no access to the programming of the builder.) Have you made any changes to the email plan you're using for the delivery of the orders from the webpage (appearance, html settings, etc)?

    The only recent change I have made was to add express shipping but that was in December. Nothing else has been changed.
