    Hi @daisyr_194,

    Welcome to the Community!

    You won't need special coding for your customer to send you a message at purchase, regarding their delivery. However, you could put some text in your general ordering instructions to them when you turn on this feature, to be sure to note their preference for delivery at check out.

    To allow this feature to be available to them, go to edit your store, choosing the tab/option on the top of the dashboard that reads Settings. Choose General in the Store column, then the Checkout tab for that section. You'll see the option there to toggle on for "Allow customers to include special instructions with their order". This will then provide a text area to encourage your customer to leave a note, as mentioned above.

    @daisyr_194

    I have yet to see anyone add custom code in the way you are describing with the websites + marketing platform. This is very easy with WordPress - but that is a different platform / system

    Can you provide an example of where you are have seen this done?
