    Hello all,

I'm seeing the below when i review my site on Chrome, this doesn't appear on any other browsers, any idea why this would be occurring?

    Hello @thepearcey!

Thank you for posting. I'm not seeing that error when I access your site from Chrome. Are you still having trouble? If you are, have you tried clearing browser cache and cookies

Re: This Site Can’t Provide A Secure Connection

    Hi

I have the same issue, however it relates to the use of the www prefix. If I enter the URL without www the site loads fine using https, if I enter the URL with the www prefix I get the above error.

We are using a multi site SSL certificate purchased from GoDaddy, I notice that the urls entered against the certificate do not have the www prefix so I am wondering if this is the cause. As the multi-site SSL cert only allows 5 additional domains I can not add the www portion to test this theory.

A work around would be to force the site to redirect to the non www URL, however I can not figure out how to do this by editing the .htaccess file (I have successfully edited the .htaccess file to redirect non https requests to https), if someone could advise a method for converting https://www.url requests to https://url then I think I would be sorted.

Alternatively can some advise if I can reconfigure the SSL cert to allow for both types of requests?

    Thanks in advance

    Mike
