    GoCentral Business questions

I have a few questions about GoCentral.

    1. can we add an "attachment" field to the contact form?

    2. is any of the information our users type in the contact form save in a godaddy server?

2.1 if yes, is it encrypted?

2.3 if yes, can we opt out? or do you have a document to attest that it is encrypted that we can get?

    3. is gocentral business and the contact covered under the SSL certificate that comes with the service?

    thanks!

    Hey there @bachc

I think I can answer these:

    1. Not that I'm aware of, no.

    2. Yes, any information input on a website form is saved on a server, regardless of whether it's GoCentral or not. GoCentral Business automatically comes with an SSL, so yes, it's encrypted. Your assurance of this is the fact that GoDaddy is a Certificate Authority, which means they stand behind their encryption. If they fail to maintain the CA standards, their ability to issue SSLs would be revoked, meaning massive losses in profit.

    3. Yes, see above.

    Hope that helps.
