read data timeout in 120 seconds

Folks, I have a shared hosting account at GoDaddy with a LAMP stack website. Recently it has started giving this error:

read data timeout in 120 seconds

After reading through several threads on the internet, looks like the fix is to increase IPCCommitTimeout value in the virtualhosts file (more details here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11445432/apache-500-error-with-php-fun). But my understanding is that GoDaddy doesn't allow touching virtualhosts in a shared environment...

Any idea how can I fix this error?

    Thanks a ton!

Re: read data timeout in 120 seconds

    Hi @gtatellipsis,

While I'm not able to view customer accounts via the Community, from what I've been able to find in various outlets, the issue could be either a CGI issue as you mentioned, or one with scripting.  If you're sure your scripting isn't the culprit, you may want to reach out to our hosting teams to see if they can point you in the right direction.

Also, if anyone has any other input, please feel free to chime in!
