GoDaddy Pro program hits next milestone

More tools for developers and designers

We’re happy to announce that GoDaddy Pro, a program and set of tools for web designers and developers to manage clients and clients’ products, is now generally available in open beta! If you’re a web developer or designer, you can join the program for free at https://godaddy.com/pro and take your place among thousands of other designers and developers who are part of the GoDaddy Pro community.

Here’s a quick video overview of the program:

We listened closely to web professionals in building GoDaddy Pro. The result?

A program and related tools that ease the processes pros go through when building client sites and projects, in a number of ways. In particular, GoDaddy Pro includes:

Account access. You can access and manage your clients’ products without the need to share passwords.

Shared shopping carts. You can send your clients shopping carts loaded with recommended products, simplifying the checkout process.

Site monitoring. You can set up automated website performance and uptime alerts for your clients’ sites.

Pros-only support. Program members get a direct line to a team of highly trained technical agents, and get to skip the line to boot.

The input of the pros — who are on the front lines developing sites for their clients every day — drove the development of the GoDaddy Pro program and tools, which are also constantly evolving. We’d love to hear your feedback on how we can keep making them better and ensure that they meet your needs both today and in the future.

If you’re not yet a member of the program, you can join for free here.
